We are deeply shocked and heartbroken by the heinous beheading of Chandra Mouli “Bob” Nagamallaiah, a devoted husband, father, and member of our Indian community in Dallas.

Such an act of unimaginable cruelty not only devastates a family but shakes the very fabric of safety and trust in our neighborhoods. As Hindus of DFW, we stand in solemn solidarity with his family and loved ones during this painful time.

We appeal to our Hindu community to unite in grief and in action — reaching out to lawmakers at every level to ensure accountability, justice, and stronger protections so that such barbaric acts are never repeated anywhere in the United States.
